However, due to the natural characteristics of wood, there may be slight variations in colour, grain, and texture. These natural variations are not considered defects but are part of what makes each heirloom box unique.

Returns and Refunds:

• Eligibility:

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalised items (e.g., engraved boxes) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage cannot be returned.

• Natural Variations:

  • As our heirloom boxes are made from natural wood, variations in colour, grain patterns, and small imperfections are to be expected. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.

• Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Please provide photographs of the damage or defect to help us process your request efficiently.

• Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

• Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange your item for a different wood type or another product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
